Before you get Your H1N1 vaccine, Remember this : Vaccine Makers are Immune to Lawsuits

The H1N1 vaccine was delivered to the public in record time – within 6 months. Normally a vaccine takes between 4-5 years to be fully tested, developed and then released to the public. There has been a lot of speculation that the vaccination was developed outside the normal channels and that there may be a lot of problems in the future due to this.

If you have taken or are contemplating taking the vaccine, you will have very little to fall back on should any adverse conditions result from being vaccinated.

Over 20 years ago the powerful drug lobby deviously manipulated Congress to make it impossible for any US Citizen to sue vaccine manufacturers. The only option anybody has is to apply to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Getting anything out of this bureaucratic while elephant is impossible as the politicians have carefully rigged the system.

With the introduction of the H1N1 vaccine, it is even less likely that you will be able to sue the vaccine maker. with the passing of the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (the PREP Act), the DHHS Secretary can invoke almost complete immunity from liability for manufacturers of vaccines and drugs used to combat a declared public health emergency, such as the swine flu.

Therefore, this law protects any product that is sanctioned to fight a national epidemic and the government decides which drugs are to be included.

This just proves how powerful the corporate drug lobby has become. In their strive for profits they have been able to manipulate the laws of the land without regard to human health or well being.
